Saturday 24 April saw the G Scale Society AGM and G-Rail show take place in Nottingham. The H&DLR acquired a few bits and bobs for the line but no major new rolling stock acquisitions were made (hardly necessary in the light of recent additions to the fleet, really). However, the H&DLR's Dienstwagen conversion was awarded class winner for rolling stock on a modified proprietary base - in this case, a rebuilt LGB 4030 type van.
